This family of four (2 being dogs) are expectantly waiting on baby girl to arrive. As the two dogs barked, baby girl would excitedly kick, ready to get out and be a more prominent part of the family. It was a lovely morning and I am thankful that I got to meet this family and I look forward to meeting baby girl soon.

Miss B. is turning two and there is no better way to celebrate than having a nice evening in the park with cake, a tea party with her animals, and gorgeous lighting (although I am sure she didn't notice that part). It was a fun and relaxing shoot. And that lighting...
The C. family is very excited for the soon to be arrival of baby boy B. His sister informed me that she can't wait to play with him - but that he has to come out first. I am sure that she will be a wonderful big sister by the way she was giving him hugs and kisses already. I look forward to photographing baby B. when he does come out to play.
I had the wonderful opportunity to work with the G. family today. I was impressed right away with how much love Mom and Dad showed each other and their children. Baby C. is 10 weeks old and she did a great job looking at the camera and being kissed by her big brother. It was a fun morning and I am excited about the pictures that I got to show for it.
A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to go and visit my sister and her family. I was so glad the weather was nice at least one day because last time we tried to get photos of their family it ended up snowing... on Easter... in April. So those pictures didn't turn out very well. I was able to get some nice family pictures one day and then the next day I was able to try out some of my rainy day photography (but you need to go to Facebook to see those pictures).
One of my childhood friends had a baby about a month before we got home. I eagerly asked if I could take their family pictures with Miss E. as I had taken their pictures throughout middle school and high school. I was so happy to meet little E. and to see the love that they had for her. I wish them the best and hopefully I will be around to take more pictures of them and their growing family in the future.
One of my nieces turned 4 while we were in Oregon and we decided that it should be documented accordingly. Mom did a fun thing for her and allowed her to choose what she was going to wear. Because L. is into princesses right now it is no wonder she chose her flowing skirt, necklaces, and tiara. It was fun to get to spend a little time with just her, because seeing nieces and nephews once a year means that I don't really know them very well. This was a nice chance to break through the ice and get to see her sweet personality come out a bit more.
