This little man was a runner who was not very interested in the camera - but very excited about the fun ornament that his Mom found at the store - isn't it perfect for Christmas?  Our beautiful blue skies yesterday ended with grey - but hey that is pretty normal around here and thankfully I was able to get another session in before the cold really sinks in. 

This little girl decided to give me a run for my money.  She was not impressed with me or the camera - and I am pretty sure she was wishing my kids were with me because she would rather play with them. I guess I really can't blame her.  But thankfully she decided I wasn't so bad and she would play with me if we looked for mushrooms;  I was worried we wouldn't find one but in the end one decided to show itself. Happy birthday J.

Fall is quickly on its way out and thankfully this family was willing to brave the cold so we could get some beautiful pictures with some of the last colors of the season.  This shoot was bittersweet for them as it is the first without the older siblings. I hope that it helps them to remember their time here as they move on to a new journey.  Best wishes to your family, it was so nice to meet someone from my neck of the woods ;)

On Saturday I photographed this lovely mother/daughter duo in their gorgeous yard.  There were so many options for backdrops and we were even able to experience some local authentic cloudiness.  I am looking forward to photographing more of the family in a few weeks and am glad that I had this sneak peek of what I get to work with for next time.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with this family that had two lovely young ladies.  I was a bit worried we were going to get rained on, but thankfully it held off and we were able to enjoy a beautiful fall shoot at the park.  It was lovely meeting you all and I hope you enjoy your time here.

This super cute couple is soon to have their first, and their little girl will be blessed by two doting and loving parents.  The sun was only out for a few minutes but the fall colors were gorgeous and thankfully we were able to capture some of the beauty around us as well.  I am looking forward to meeting this little lady in a little over a month.

Last Saturday was a lovely day to take pictures and thankfully I had this family on call to photograph.  The leaves were perfect for playing in and the whole family was willing to get involved - which makes my job more fun.  I always enjoy pictures of kids being kids and I hope that those I took captured that quality. 

hen I was contacted to do this birthday shoot I was excited and a little nervous because it meant working one on one with someone - which I don't usually get to do and it also meant stretching my comfort levels and working one on one.  This lovely lady was wearing the perfect colors for fall (and purple just happens to be my favorite).  I hope that  she enjoys her pictures as much as I do and I am so glad that the weather was perfect for this birthday shoot.  Happy birthday L. and I hope that you get to snuggle up with a good book and friends.
