This is one of the first families that I ever photographed. They lived down the street from us and our daughters are less than 3 months apart in age. Two years ago they moved back to their home country, but thankfully we've kept in touch and this last weekend we made our second journey to Warsaw since they moved home. Even though it was cold, it is November in Poland after all, we were still able to get some not quite so bundled up pictures of this loving family. I have missed working and interacting with them and am thankful that we are all comfortable with each other, because moments like the following just come naturally.

I have been attempting to get photos with this family for the last couple of months and thankfully we were able to match up schedules this last weekend. The leaves were gorgeous and even though it was so very cold we were able to still have a lovely time and I photographed something new for me - a horse. He was gorgeous and was excited to be in the family pictures and he is obviously well loved.
Thank you for trusting me to take your photographs and I hope that you enjoy the rest of your tour here - it was lovely working with you all. The months have been moving at varying speeds and the family's that I love to photograph are coming back for more sessions. I love seeing these families over and over again and am so glad that people trust me to take capture these special moments.
Miss J. is turning 4 this month and it marks 2 years that I have been taking her pictures. It is fitting that her last session was the same place that I did her first. So many hours spent at the zoo, so many favorite places. Happy birthday J and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to spend time with just you for a little while. The sun decided that it wanted to hide behind the clouds the entire session, but it didn't rain so that was a plus. Thankfully this family was dressed warmly and adorably so it meant that the kids weren't freezing the whole time (seriously where did our warmer weather disappear to?). These kids did well for me - and although they were bored with me by the end of the session I was still able to get the shots that were needed to make this shoot something that shows a bit of who they are as a family.
This couple decided to have their 5th wedding anniversary commemorated with a photo shoot. Although the husband wasn't too excited about having his picture taken he was a good sport and it allowed me to get a chance to capture their goofy side as well as the love that they share.
Thank you for allowing me to glimpse into a little bit of your life for the time we had together and I hope that these pictures help remind you in the years to come of the love that you have. The weather has been so lovely and the fall colors everywhere have been gorgeous. In the morning my daughter and I look out the window and comment on how the light is hitting the tress making the backyard a happy sunny place. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with this family on one of our warmer days. Little M. is turning one in a few days and she was such a smiley snuggley girl who was obviously her parents' pride and joy. It was a pleasure working with you and I hope that as you continue to go through your first year here that it is a happy one and that you have many good memories along the way.
Well Halloween is today and when I did this shoot at the zoo I didn't realize how many people were going to be in costume. I quickly realized that it was rather difficult competing with grim reapers, vampires, and witches for attention.Thankfully by the end of the shoot we found a spot where this 9 month old could stand and his Mama could get smiles from him. I have enjoyed working with this family and watching little J. grow. The very best to all of you
This family has become one of my family's dearest friends over the last year. When K. said that she wanted to incorporate a bit of Europe into their shoot and to also do more photographs of the kids interacting I said okay let me think. Since I was already out at the Abbey I asked them to come out there and we could include some of the older Europe. Little man B. started walking a few months ago and he did not want to be stopped; thankfully with this type of photography it still works and I was able to get some tinder moments between them all.
Thanks for all your help before the shoot and for your dear friendship - this last year would not have been nearly what it was without you. I have had the privilege of photographing this family over the last several months as they have been going through this pregnancy. This weekend we did more of a styled shoot at one of the Abbeys in the area. (Because really this location screamed that it needed a long dress and a beautiful pregnant lady to help show it off.) We had a fun time wandering through the ancient ruins (the foundation was set down in the eleven hundreds), and both of us were excited about the red trailing leaves. I am thankful for the continued trust of this family and look forward to meeting their baby boy when he arrives in a few months.
When J. asked me to come look at a couple of her and her husband's favorite spots I wasn't really sure what we were going to get. Lo and behold they were lovely, and I imagined what the locations would look like with sun and based my time of day for the shoot for when it would look the best with sunshine. Well God decided that we were not going to have a beautiful sunny morning, but a gorgeous foggy morning instead. Thankfully all of us saw the potential in the fog and we went with it. I hope that these maternity pictures help this couple remember their time here as they get ready to move on to their new destination. I know that God will bless them wherever they land if they continue to seek Him. All the best to you both and I pray for a smooth transition.
